What happen to my laptop???

My laptop is in trouble now..I don't know what actually happen..I can't connect to the internet..perhaps becos theres something goes wrong with the port..Plus my 0 key (on the keyboard la)seem like stuck..Alamak..like hell laahhh...*benci*
